Rutter Inc. and OceanWaves GmbH (Rutter) are continuously and actively looking for sales partners to promote and sell our sigma S6 products in their respective territories. We manage a partner program for Dealers/Representatives that offers opportunities and attractive incentives based on business development metrics and sales revenues.
Dealer/Representative must focus on the marine and navigation market and be a recognized professional with the following competencies:
Navigation/marine communication systems
Navigation/marine electronics systems
Navigation/marine software applications
Coastal surveillance systems
Fleet and port management systems
Metocean technology provider
The Dealer/Representative should be a reseller, manufacturer, or integrator, with competencies as outlined above
The Dealer/Representative should be a sales or technical consultant who can leverage their network to influence or act as voice of the customer
Area of Activity of the Dealer/Representative
The Dealer/Representative must be actively involved in the following market sectors:
Offshore oil industry
Marine seismic surveys
Shipbuilding / retrofit / repair
Port and coastal authorities (Coast Guard, Navy, Search and Rescue)
Role and Responsibilities
The role and responsibilities of the Dealer/Representative are as follows:
Pursue opportunities for Rutter products in their assigned market
Submit responses to tender with Rutter sales support
Promote the Rutter and sigma s6 brands
Contribute to market awareness of the technology
The official agreement between the Dealer/Representative and Rutter is nonexclusive and binding only to the extent that it is mutually beneficial of both parties. Rutter reserves the right to terminate the agreement at our sole discretion.
